Quadrant Homes and Triance Homes have landed contracts to be the primary builders of Tahoma Meadow and Terra Valley, 220-acre, master-planned communities adjacent to Tahoma Valley Golf & Country Club. The housing development will include a mix of single-family and multi-family homes.

The first phase of the project will comprise 89 single-family homes and eventually could include up to 1,000 residential units developed over the course of the next 10 years. Home sales are expected to begin in 2006, with prices and square-foot ranges still being determined.

Community amenities, will include a commercial neighborhood, community parks and more than 70 acres of natural open space. Quadrant Homes is a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Corp.
